Neloa User Agreement

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Neloa. By creating an account or using Neloa, you agree to this User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines made available in the app. If you do not agree, do not use Neloa.

1. Accounts and Security

Provide accurate account information and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not impersonate another person, obtain access through deceptive means, or transfer an account without authorization.

2. Community Conduct

Use Neloa lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit or engage in content or conduct that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful. Do not infringe intellectual-property or other rights, distribute malicious material, spam others, evade restrictions, or interfere with Neloa.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide and confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it. You grant Neloa a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the features you choose to use. Do not submit content that violates law, another person's rights, this User Agreement, or the Community Guidelines.

4. Safety and Enforcement

Neloa provides reporting and blocking controls. Neloa may review reports and take reasonable action, including restricting content or access, when needed to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or protect the service.

5. Purchases and Virtual Items

Optional purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to the terms shown at purchase and Apple's applicable policies. Diamonds, roles, and cosmetic items are licensed only for use within Neloa, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside Neloa. Consumable Diamond purchases are not restorable. Unused virtual items may be removed when an account is deleted. Refund requests are handled through Apple's applicable process.

6. Neloa Materials

Neloa names, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to this User Agreement, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use Neloa for lawful purposes.

7. Availability and Account Actions

Neloa may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary. Access may be restricted for violations of this User Agreement, risks to users or the service, or legal requirements. You may stop using Neloa, sign out, or delete your account through the available account controls.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

Neloa is provided with reasonable care but may not always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. User content reflects the views of its respective authors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by a breach of legal duty. Rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

9. Changes and General Terms

This User Agreement may be updated to reflect legal, safety, or service changes. Material updates will be communicated through an appropriate notice when required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
